Cut or Skewer?
When grilling okra, I found there are benefits to cutting and to skewering.
Cut Version: My husband preferred the cut version because they tend to char a bit more and the inside of the okra is cooked more.
Served with Simple Summer Salsa: Cut corn. Black Beans. Tomato. Cilantro.
Skewered Version: SO much easier to flip!
Served with Simple Spicy Asian Sauce: Fish Sauce (or Soy Sauce). Ginger. Red Pepper Flakes.
