No, you’re not going to be able to watch postal workers in action, as exciting as that may seem to you, but you will get to see local musicians recreate The Postal Service’s first album Give Up. The Postal Service is an Indie/rock/pop supergroup comprised of members of Death Cab for Cutie and Rilo Kiley whose name came from the way in which they collaborated to write this album – Via good old snail mail, sending skeletons of songs to one another to build upon until they had completed the album.
On this 10 year anniversary of it’s release, local musicians come together to form their own super group and pay homage. Details are below.
